The Commanding Officer of HMS Montrose gives his insight on Exercise Baltops

For 10 days the Plymouth based frigate HMS Montrose has been put through her paces on exercise BALTOPS 14.

She took part in nearly 100 serials that tested all of her capabilities while working alongside NATO and non NATO navies from 14 different countries.

In this video the Commanding Officer of HMS Montrose, Cdr James Parkin talks about what his ship is taking away from the exercise.
