India's Military Spending Falls by 2.8%: Armed Forces International News
India's military spend has fallen. In 2012, the country cut their military spending by 2.8 percent, after Indian armed forces were concerned of a slow in modernization. Nevertheless, it still remains in the top five major conventional weapons importers.
