ARABIAN GULF (Dec. 29, 2015) Aircraft return to the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) upon completion of the ship’s first mission in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. The Harry S. Truman carrier strike group is deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of Operations.
