Baku | The Belarusian Tetraedr company has established a joint venture with Azerbaijan. Azairtechservice LLC performs as representative on the Azerbaijani side.
The Tetraedr Techservice company was registered on December 28, 2011. The enterprise is located in Sumgayit city. The company has modernized two S-125 Pechora surface to air missile batteries
(eight battle vehicle). Testing of the modernized systems showed high results.
The head of the company, Andrey Vokhovsky, told APA in an interview in 2011 that, as a result of the modernization, the life cycle of the Pechora system has been extended by 15 years.
Azerbaijan also expressed interest in the T-38 Stilet short range self propelled air defence system, manufactured by Tetraedr.
