The Wildcat, the Royal Navy's next-generation helicopter, is undergoing a crucial workout off the south coast of England. Test pilots, specialist engineers and technicians have already carried out trials at sea and noted the helicopter's flight characteristics to enable them to set the limits for it to be safely operated at sea.
