Netline Communications Technologies (NCT) Ltd. - a leading producer of high-end electronic warfare and spectrum dominance systems for defense forces and homeland security agencies - has won tenders to supply C-Guard Reactive IED Jammers and Hawk AI mobile phone interception systems to NATO countries. The C-Guard was selected in three tenders, with one of the orders delivered within 45 days and immediately shipped to a combat area. In addition, during the same time period, the Hawk AI also won a tender and was supplied to a NATO army. Both the Hawk AI mobile phone interception systems and the C-Guard RJ Man-Pack System will be on display at DSEi Exhibition, London, September 10-13, Israel National Pavilion, South Hall, Booth #S8-235.

HAWK AI

Netline’s Hawk AI provides active mobile phone interception in a variety of configurations including Vehicular or Fixed, Portable Trolley, Man-Pack, and Covert Backpack. The Hawk AI system performs real-time cellular monitoring, covering GSM/DCS, PCS, UMTS and other standards. The system simulates a full Man-in-the-Middle cellular base station by providing best operation parameters for mobile phones in the operating area. Mobile phones in the area register to the fake base station (BTS), thus enabling monitoring by the system.

Among its many advanced features, the system measures distance to and from captured mobiles, displays captured mobile phone locations on a map, and performs real-time 2G voice conversation monitoring. The Hawk AI maintains high voice quality and minimum delay by using a digital audio interface that enables voice biometric recognition. All 3G calls on cell phones that are set to dual mode are automatically converted to 2G for eavesdropping, and all calls pass through the system capturing both parties in conversation. The system enables selective blocking of specific phone numbers based on any identity parameters, and can lock target mobiles out-of-service according to standard GSM/UMTS protocol.

C-GUARD RJ

The cutting-edge C-Guard RJ Man-Pack achieves full coverage in a single device that is carried by one fighter, coping with all threat bands up to 2.5/3/6 GHz.  The system incorporates a wideband receiver that continuously performs broadband spectral analysis. Upon detection of a suspected transmission, a corresponding jamming signal is rapidly generated.

Compact, lightweight, and easily field-programmed, C-Guard RJ is designed for easy and rapid deployment, under even the harshest environmental conditions. The system is equipped with long mission-life rechargeable batteries, and can also be installed in a vehicle and powered by the vehicle's battery.

According to Yallon Bahat, VP Marketing of Netline, "We are very happy to present our two unique new solutions in the areas of interception and jamming at the exhibition. They are the result of significant investment in research and development, and enable us to offer our customers the most advanced solutions available in today's market. Both systems - which will be on display at our booth - have been sold and are being used by major defense forces. We invite you to visit us and learn more about these exciting new solutions."
