A DASSAULT RAFALE PERFORMING AT AEROINDIA ON SATURDAY, FEB.13, 2011.
February 13, 2011 by Noam Eeshel Defense Update
I've been given the chance to be the first Indian journalist to fly in the Dassault Rafale (the one in the picture) at Aero India, where it makes its first public appearance in the country. As this post gets published, I should be in the air over Yelahanka with a Dassault test pilot in a French Air Force twin-seater Rafale that's just done some time in Afghanistan. Will be doing a special report for Headlines Today on this, the least visible of the six contenders in the India's $12-billion medium multi-role combat aircraft (MMRCA) competition. Stay tuned.
Comment : of course, we'll stay tuned ! have a nice flight !
