At DSA 2012 Defence Services Asia exhibition, Rosoboronexport Russia's official weapons exporter has announced that Brunei expressed
interest for acquiring Russian air defence systems and naval equipment, said the Deputy Director General of "Rosoboronexport" Nicholas Dimidyuk.
"Brunei wants to increase the protection of its coasts and airspace. The country show interest for the coastal air defence system Bal-E, but
also for high-speed boats" said Dimidyuk, after the end of DSA 2012, Defence Services Asia Exhibition.
