Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) Recently Began Operating a Command, Control and Communications Center in a Brazilian Territory

BEN GURION International Airport, Israel --- Israel Aerospace Industries' (IAI) first began operating a Command, Control and Communications Center (MC4) in a Brazilian state several months ago.

IAI/MLM Division-made MC4 is a systems management tool that analyzes received data from sensors and inputs and produces an ongoing real-time situational awareness of events occurring in various territories.

The MC4 can interface and inter-link all city, state and federal levels, and sectors which include internal security agencies, law enforcement, first responders and municipal authorities, implementing the necessary protocols for sharing data. Furthermore, MC4 synchronizes with existing operating systems, thus making it cost-effective and user friendly.

MC4 is deployed for both crisis management and routine. Its main advantage is its ability to provide decision makers with proactive, rapid response capabilities. Ultimately, the increased surveillance, alertness and hasty reaction to events are bound to improve security and deter hostile or criminal activities.

IAI will display these configurations at the upcoming LAAD Defense and Security Exhibition which will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on April 09, 2013.
