Indian Air Force will locate the 1st squadron of domestically designed and produced LCA (Light Combat Aircraft) Tejas fighter jet at Sulur Airbase near Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. According to a DRDO officials, IAF will station 20 LCA Tejas fighter jets at Sulur in the 1st phase by early 2012.
