In the presence of senior Lebanese officers and the Defense Attaché to Lebanon Colonel Paul Ross. Hamat Air Base hosted a ceremony on the occasion of receiving U.S. military equipment dedicated to the Lebanese Army.
The Equipment were transported by two C-130 aircrafts and each one will be making 2 flights containing cargos consisting of a fully equipped modern forklift and three other cargos of range construction equipment. This aid comes as part of the annual commitments related to cooperation between the armies of both countries in the field of providing equipment, conducting joint exercises and developing the combat and technical skills of the troops.
