Smart Defence and the multinational solutions it provides should be seen as an opportunity for the security and defence industrial sector, says NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
In a video address to NATO’s Industry Day 2012, the Secretary General stresses that amid times of austerity, Smart Defence is the only way to ensure the Alliance has the necessary capabilities to do its job.
Note RP Defense : Smart Defense is the equivalent of the European Pooling and Sharing program.
