F-16 Fighting Falcons fly over FloridaÂ’s Emerald Coast during a design-try-out mission for a new operational flight program software upgrade, Dec. 6, 2012. The newest OFP for Block 40 and 50 model F-16s will be tested developmentally and operationally at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., in 2014. The aircraft are assigned to the 40th Flight Test Squadron and the 85th Test and Evaluation Squadron.
