Hallbergmoos | Squadron Leader Rupert Joel from RAF's 11 Squadron, recently returned from operations in Libya and on behalf of Eurofighter provided a briefing on his experience of flying Typhoon as part of combat missions to the media and guests at Paris Air Show 2011.
The briefing gave an insight into the performance and capabilities of the aircraft, detailing the weapons used and logistics of the deployment.
The presentation also provided us with details on the challenges faced during air-to-air and air-to-ground missions as well as detailing the effective partnership between the Typhoon and Tornado.
