The Defence Department is still not allowed to answer questions about its purchase of Swiss Leopard 2s. Sources say the approved media lines are still stuck in the Conservative government's information-management bureaucracy (either still at the Privy Council Office (Day 3?) or sitting in the in-box of whoever in the Conservative government has the final say on what departments can say to the public whose money is used to buy this equipment).
