Two Shadow UAVs and auxiliary equipment for Australia

AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Md., was awarded a $39,361,646 firm-fixed-price contract.  

The award will provide for the modification of an existing contract to procure two Shadow unmanned aircraft systems and auxiliary equipment for the government of Australia.  

Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Md., with an estimated completion date of Aug. 30, 2013.  

One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  

U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0023).
