Jens Stoltenberg pays a visit to Afghanistan for the first time as head of NATO. The Secretary General met with President Ashraf Ghani and went toKandahar, Herat, Mazar-e Sharif and the Afghan commando base in Kabul, to pay tribute to those who had been injured or lost their lives.
