Ukraine's state arms exporter presents to Thai army officials first production of T-84 Oplot tank

Ukrspetsexport, Ukraine's state arms exporter presents to Thai army officials the first main battle tank T-84 Oplot which will be delivered to the Army of Thailand. According to the contract by the end of 2014, Ukraine should submit 49 such machines to Thailand.

Ukrspetsexport, Ukraine's state arms exporter, unveiled the first production model of the Oplot for the RTA at the Kharkiv Malyshev Plant (KMP) on 26 June. 

In comments reported on the Ukroboronprom (Ukrainian Defence Industries) website, Director General Sergey Gromov said the Oplot contract would be completed by the end of 2014.
