AAI Wins $77M to Support Shadow UAV

AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Md., was awarded a $77,311,855 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for the modification of an existing contract to support the Shadow Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems.

Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Md., with an estimated completion date of Feb. 29, 2012. One bid was solicited, with one bid received.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-10-C-0006).
