How Horses Can Help Injured Military Personnel

Winston Churchill once said “there is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man” and for the last five years a charity in Scotland has embraced this ethos. Since 2009 HorseBack UK has helped military personnel with physical and mental injuries to gain confidence, dignity and mobility through working with horses. Ali Gibson went along to find out more.
